Terms of Use

By accessing or using any service provided by VoiceClone (voiceclone.pro), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that entity.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service before the revision takes effect.

VoiceClone is an AI-powered voice service platform that provides voice cloning (training uploaded audio samples into reusable voice models) and text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities.

The service allocates usage quotas by plan type, including a free tier and paid upgrade options. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. We reserve the right to adjust the scope of service features at any time, with advance notice to users for significant changes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and use the service. You must provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep your account information up to date. Each user is permitted only one account; creating multiple accounts to circumvent service quota limits is a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully liable for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at support@voiceclone.pro. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to adequately safeguard your account credentials.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are expressly prohibited: cloning another person's voice for fraud, defamation, impersonation, or any illegal purpose; cloning someone's voice without their explicit written consent; generating or distributing misinformation, hate speech, harassing content, or any audio that violates applicable laws; using the service in any way that could cause harm to others.

Additionally, you may not use automated scripts, bots, or other technical means to abuse the service or circumvent quota limits, rate limits, or other security mechanisms; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform; interfere with the normal operation of the service or other users' experience; or resell or commercially distribute access to the service without a written partnership agreement with us. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Voice cloning technology is inherently sensitive and carries significant potential for misuse. When using the voice cloning feature, you must ensure that you are only cloning your own voice or have obtained explicit written authorization from the voice owner; and that the cloned voice model is not used to deceive others, forge identity documents, bypass security verification, or in any manner that could harm the legitimate interests of the voice's original owner.

If you intend to publish content generated using a cloned voice, we strongly recommend clearly disclosing that the content is AI-generated, in compliance with increasingly prevalent AI content disclosure regulations and applicable laws. VoiceClone is not liable for users' misuse of voice cloning features, but we will cooperate with law enforcement investigations into such misuse and reserve the right to provide necessary information to affected parties.

Audio files you upload and voice files generated through the service remain your property. By using the service, you grant VoiceClone a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely to process your files to provide the requested service, including processing and storing. This license terminates when you stop using the relevant feature or close your account.

All intellectual property rights in the VoiceClone platform, including but not limited to interface design, software code, trademarks, and service marks, are owned by VoiceClone and protected by copyright law and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any part of the platform without written authorization. VoiceClone will not use your audio data to train our own AI models.

Paid subscriptions are charged monthly or annually on an auto-renewing basis. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle to your payment method on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, during which paid features remain accessible. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time in the current period.

One-time quota pack purchases take effect immediately upon successful payment and are non-refundable. Subscription upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing cycle; downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. If a technical failure on our end causes core service unavailability for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may contact us to request a compensation credit or billing extension at our discretion.

All prices are denominated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers, who may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully meet your expectations. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoiceClone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the service (including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you have actually paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or any part of the service at any time. For routine adjustments, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice; for significant changes (such as removal of core features or price increases), we will notify affected users by email at least 30 days in advance, and paid users may request a prorated refund for the remaining billing period during that notice window.

If you seriously violate these Terms (including but not limited to engaging in fraud, infringing others' voice rights, or abusing the platform), we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account without prior notice, and no refund will be issued. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately; however, provisions of these Terms relating to content ownership, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

These Terms of Use were last updated in April 2025. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
