How to upgrade?
Two options: Subscribe (monthly/yearly) — click "Upgrade Now" on any plan and complete payment via Stripe for immediate activation. One-time purchase (recommended for China) — click the one-time purchase section, pay with WeChat Pay or Alipay to unlock one month or one year of quota, no credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Subscribers: Yes — cancel anytime in account settings. Service continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. One-time purchase: No cancellation needed — your quota is valid for the purchased period and will never auto-renew.
How are quotas calculated?
Quotas are split into two types: periodic quotas (TTS bytes, ASR minutes, downloads) — Free plan resets daily at UTC 00:00 (08:00 Beijing Time), paid plans reset monthly on the same day as your subscription date — unused amounts don't roll over; permanent resources (voice model slots, storage) never reset and adjust in real time as you create or delete.

We support credit cards, debit cards and more through the secure Stripe platform. For users in China, we also offer a one-time purchase option with WeChat Pay and Alipay support.
